The Professors’ Appointment Consulting Service

The Professors’ Appointment Consulting Service central support unit serves as the interface between Rectorate, service units, central support units, faculties and centres, as well as the candidates for appointment to professorships.

The Service’s activities focus on supporting the Rector during appointment negotiations and newly appointed professors with regard to both professional issues (legal requirements, employment contracts, equipment provision and commencing work) and personal issues (relocation, looking for accommodation, kindergarten and school places, dual career, etc.).
